aspires to provide accessible, affordable and high quality comprehensive
healthcare services to all the residents in the Greater Houston Area whose
healthcare needs are unmet through patient-centered education, collaborations,
wellness and outreach programs to eliminate healthcare disparities.
Just as it originated out of
necessity, Central Care Community Health Center will continue to expand our
service mix and facilities to meet the healthcare needs of Houston residents
while striving to adhere to the highest levels of quality of care, patient
safety and operational excellence.
Our programs have the capacity to serve more than 30,000 low-income, uninsured
and underserved residents and generate over 65,000 patient visits each year. It
is a privilege to serve our patients, and we take this responsibility very
seriously.
Our focus is to provide Patient Centered primary & preventative medical,
dental and mental health services in a caring and compassionate environment,
which will empower our patients to take ownership of their healthcare outcomes.
We will accomplish our focus by continuing to expand into communities in need
of our services with excellent facilities and qualified staff with the goal of
eliminating health disparities.
